Days 1-3:

Days 4-6:

You can tour Fes all day on Day 4. The Bou Inania and Attarine Madrasas, both with cedarwood ceilings, will be visited. You’ll also visit the Chouara Tannery to witness how leather is tanned and coloured traditionally.

Day 5 takes you from Fes to Midelt, an Atlas Mountain town. You will stop at the Ifrane ski resort, a Moroccan and tourist favorite. After checking into your accommodation in Midelt, you can rest and enjoy the beautiful beauty in the afternoon.

Day 6 takes you from Midelt to Merzouga, a Sahara Desert town. The palm-lined Ziz Valley will be your stopover. You will settle into your hotel in Merzouga and relax before your desert trip in the afternoon. You will ride a camel to your tent in the desert in the evening.

Days 7-9:

You have the day to explore the Sahara Desert on Day 7. Sand dunes will be your sunrise view. Camel treks or sandboarding after breakfast. Your campground will be your lunch and relaxation spot in the afternoon. After a typical Moroccan dinner, a campfire and storytelling will take place.

Day 8 involves riding a camel back to Merzouga. You will leave Merzouga for Dades, a valley settlement, after checking out of your hotel. You’ll halt at the narrow Todra Gorge with towering cliffs on either side. After checking into your Dades hotel, you can rest and enjoy the beautiful landscape in the afternoon.

Day 9 takes you from Dades to Marrakech, Morocco’s fourth largest city. UNESCO World Heritage Site Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a filming setting for many movies and TV shows, will be visited along the trip. After checking into your hotel in Marrakech, you’ll have the afternoon to explore the medina, a maze of narrow streets and lanes filled with shops selling spices, carpets, handicrafts, and souvenirs.

Days 10-11:

On Day 10, you can explore Marrakech all day. The Jemaa el-Fnaa, a busy square in the medina, with snake charmers, singers, and food kiosks serving fresh fruit juice, tagines, and couscous in the morning. The Koutoubia Mosque, Morocco’s largest, will be visited after lunch. You will also explore the 19th-century Bahia Palace with its lush gardens and magnificent tilework. One of the many medina restaurants serves typical Moroccan dinners with live music in the evening.

Return to Casablanca from Marrakech on Day 11. You’ll stop at the Chichaoua water reservoir, a popular swimming and boating spot. Arrive in Casablanca and transfer to the airport for your trip home.

Trip itinerary

Day 1: Transfer from the airport to the hotel

When you arrive at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca in the first day of your 11 days tour from Casablanca, your driver will meet you and take you to your hotel. You may relax and explore the city at your own speed after checking in and leaving your luggage.

Day 2: Casablanca to Chefchaouen

You will leave Casablanca after breakfast and go to Chefchaouen, a lovely mountain town noted for its blue-washed architecture. You will stop along the journey to see the Hassan II Mosque, one of the world’s largest mosques.

You will spend the afternoon after arriving in Chefchaouen to explore the town’s small streets and alleys. Visit the Ras El Maa waterfall as well as the Kasbah Museum. In the evening, you can have a classic Moroccan dinner at one of the town’s many restaurants.

Day 3: Chefchaouen to Fes

Day 4: Full day in Fes

After lunch, you’ll go to the Chouara Tannery, a classic leather tannery where you can watch how leather is tanned and coloured by hand. You will also see the Royal Palace Gate, which is a majestic gate leading to the Royal Palace.

In the evening, you can have a typical Moroccan supper at one of the medina’s many restaurants, followed by a traditional Moroccan music performance.

Day 5: Fes to Midelt

After breakfast, you will leave Fes and go to Midelt, a town in the Atlas Mountains. You will stop along the road to explore the Ifrane ski resort, a popular destination for Moroccans and visitors alike.

When you arrive in Midelt, check into your accommodation and spend the afternoon relaxing and admiring the beautiful views. In the evening, you can dine on a classic Moroccan meal at one of the town’s many restaurants.

Day 6: Midelt to Merzouga

After breakfast, you will drive from Midelt for Merzouga, a little settlement on the outskirts of the Sahara Desert. You will stop along the road to view Ziz Valley, a palm-lined haven.

When you arrive in Merzouga, check into your hotel and spend the afternoon relaxing and preparing for your desert excursion. You will climb a camel and travel into the desert to your tent in the evening.

Day 7: Merzouga desert tour

You will have the entire day today to visit the Sahara Desert. You will witness the sunrise over the beach dunes in the morning. You will go on a camel trek or sandboarding adventure after breakfast.

You will return to your campsite in the afternoon for lunch and relaxation. You will have a traditional Moroccan dinner in the evening, followed by a campfire and storytelling session.

Day 8: Merzouga to Dades

After breakfast, you’ll board a camel and return to Merzouga. After checking out of your hotel, you will leave Merzouga for Dades, a settlement in the Dades Valley.

You will stop along the journey to see the Todra ravine, a tiny ravine with towering rocks on either side. When you arrive in Dades, check into your hotel and spend the afternoon relaxing and admiring the mountain landscape.
